  • We OWN OUR EAST COAST HEADQUARTER FACILITY and have a West Coast location to save on shipping and storage costs.

  • We SHARE ASSETS WITH OUR MILLWORK DIVISION, Continental Woodcraft – this provides higher quality material, better cost of materials, shared manpower/craftsmen to get your job done beyond expectations.

  • We provide IN-HOUSE GRAPHIC DESIGN AND PRINT PRODUCTION services.

  • Our LIME LABOR DIVISION IS INVOLVED FROM THE START of the project to provide proper installation and dismantle services to make sure everything goes accordingly with your exhibit.

  • Our wood comes from SUSTAINABLE FORESTRY.

  • We have a WHOLESALE CONTRACT WITH CORT FURNITURE providing a 40%–50% savings for rental furniture at show site compared with using Freeman, GES or any General Contractor. We pass these cost savings to our clients.

  • We review the entire show schedule as a whole and CONSIDER BOTH THE EAST COAST AND WEST COAST SHOPS for storage.

  • We REVIEW THE ENTIRE SHOW SCHEDULE FOR SHIPPING purposes – often cutting out one leg of transportation.

  • We take advantage of the GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHOW SERVICE ADVANCE ORDERING dates which offer a 30% discount.

  • We are a DEBT-FREE company.

  • We STRATEGIZE and use lighter weight materials when possible.

Rental Program vs. Owned Assets

  • A fully custom-built rental exhibit – first time out is 70% OF THE STANDARD COST to purchase.

  • After the first-time rental, there is a 30% COST SAVINGS on all consecutive rentals on the existing property.

  • The custom rental is RESERVED FOR THE CLIENT ONLY and is not placed into the rental inventory.

  • There are NO STORAGE FEES.

  • There are NO PULL/PREP FEES.

  • There are NO ENGINEERING FEES (unless the electrical plan has changed).

  • There will be NO NEW GRAPHIC OR GRAPHIC DESIGN FEES if using the existing graphics.

  • Clients are NOT LOCKED INTO PURCHASING the rental exhibit at any time and they are NOT LOCKED INTO REUSING IT.
