Neuropace
NeuroPace needed a new custom island exhibit that would stand out and inform.
They wanted to educate physicians on their RNS System, which is the only FDA-approved epilepsy device delivering personalized treatment. Their RNS System is driven by each individual's unique brain activity, and it provides EEG data to customize and improve patient care.
To help illustrate this unique approach, a large fabric banner with EEG brain waves was wrapped around the entire exhibit. The four large double-sided lightboxes visually showed support branding and messaging. These carved out the perimeter of the space, creating an inner sanctum for doctors to have in-depth conversations with NeuroPace experts. In their previous 20x30 exhibit, the imagery was non-lit and the entire experience was static. In this new booth, attendees could interact with digital graphic panels. There was a built-in lightbox on the countertop serving as a glowing product area. This allowed attendees to pick up and touch the device, showcasing the product and its new technology.
NeuroPace required both a 20x20 island and a 10x20 linear. Both exhibits had large glowing graphics and brand continuity driving their look and feel, yet still possessed all the functional needs for booth staff.
Exhibit requirements that drove the design for the NeuroPace new build: a private meeting space to have educational sessions, a semi-private meeting area to hold conversations, an area for catering, a medical affairs area, the ability to add additional products in their open space, a built-in area on their reception counter to place their device so that people can pick it up and look at it, product highlight area: See the 10x20 linear where the circle is lit on their reception counter.
